Pre-Existing Health Conditions, Injuries, or Diseases

Individuals with certain pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or diseases may be at a higher risk of aggravating their condition or sustaining further injuries while participating in plastering/drylining training activities. These conditions may include, but are not limited to:

Respiratory conditions (e.g., asthma, chronic bronchitis)
Cardiovascular conditions (e.g., heart disease, high blood pressure)
Musculoskeletal disorders (e.g., back injuries, joint problems)
Neurological conditions (e.g., epilepsy, multiple sclerosis)
Pregnancy or other conditions that may affect physical abilities
It is the responsibility of each trainee to disclose any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or diseases that may affect their ability to safely participate in the training activities. Construction Skills Wales Ltd. reserves the right to request medical clearance from a qualified healthcare professional before allowing individuals with certain conditions to participate in specific training activities.

Safety Gear and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Trainees are required to provide their own suitable work wear, safety boots, and overalls for practical training sessions. Construction Skills Wales Ltd. will supply necessary PPE, which must be worn by all trainees during practical training sessions. Failure to wear the provided PPE or appropriate work wear may result in being unable to participate in certain training activities.

Construction Skills Wales Ltd. will make reasonable accommodations where possible; however, the safety of trainees, instructors, and others on the premises is our top priority. Trainees with pre-existing conditions should inform Construction Skills Wales Ltd. before booking and participate in training activities at their own risk.
